I am the staff that Mr. Caramella is talking about that was ”extremely rude”. What he did not tell you is that when i spoke with his wife we had an agreement that our tech would be out to his house in a certain time frame and our tech would call her when he would be on the way, if she was available when he called GREAT, if not we would find another day we could squeeze her in! And she was ok with that. Our tech had called her and said he would be there in 5 minutes. ( yes we agree that was not much time and he has been reprimanded for giving such a short notice). Mrs. Caramella had then called our office and spoke with my manager and they again agreed that we could try and fit her in another day and we would call her later on to let her know what day it would be. After they hung up Mr. Caramella had called into our office, screaming at me demanding that we send our tech back to his home and also stated “I’m going to be the biggest a** hole you’ve ever met” along with other profanities, and would not let me speak. I then told him i would have my boss call him ASAP. I explained to my boss what had happened prior to him calling our office and he had said if we have time at the end of our day we would send our tech back out to their home. After i told my boss what he had said to me and how he treated me my boss then called him and told him we would no longer be servicing him because of the way he treated his staff.
